MAYO!

no not the mayo you put in sandwiches!
the first day of may.. AHHH..

(i had to change the date on my
little stamp at work! its officially may!)




so my mom left for Korea today and i've been trying to hold 
everything down while she's gone. with that being said,
my 12 hour days at work have officially begun.

a lot of eventful things happened today.
for one, a lot of annoying and retarded clients came in.
seriously, some clients are so retarded. they just LOOK for something
to go wrong so they can ask for a discount.
secondly, why are koreans so fucking annoying? 1- learn english.
2- stop rushing fucking EVERYTHING. geez, be organized 
and fucking get your PO together. I understand
somethings can be rushed or in a tight time frame but EVERY TIME?
go away. seriously.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanyways.

i became an old lady today. i returned my first piece of fruit.
i was embarrassed.. but proud. last night we went to the market
and i bought a box of mangos. mind you, mangos aren't
cheap to begin with but they were on sale
and i love adding them to my smoothies.
i opened the box up last night and one was rotten! so i returned it
this morning. luckily the manager wasn't too much of a bitch
and let me get a new one. haha after some eye rolling, i left
the market a happy camper. 

may goals:

-eating CLEAN
-working out 5x a week

i'll probably be a little more specific in my future posts
but i'm doing a 30 day fitness challenge of
working out and eating clean. i'm cutting down really low
on processed foods and other bad things.
i'm drinking a lot of water and trying to keep my sugar level as
low as possible. i know its almost impossible to 
cut it out completely (i'm not a cold turkey kind of girl)
so i'm taking steps and working towards the end of the month.
i'm also only going to take weekly (maybe a little more)
pictures and will have no weigh ins. only TWO.
 one on may 1 and one on may 31.
 i want to be fit and strong.
i'm really tired of being unhealthy and skinny. i'm really 
embarrassed to actually do this, but here is my before picture! 
(cringe, i can't believe i'm posting this!!)


arms: no definition 
belly: left over blubber from honeymoon, 
birthday celebrations etc etc.

today's food diary:
breakfast: none really- coffee, korean corn tea 
and mama chia seeds tea. 
lunch: sashimi salad, one piece of salmon sushi and 
one piece of california roll (some of ryan's lunch ha!)
sugar: little rose mints i have at my desk and
yogurt land with toffee and granola after lunch.
dinner: fruit and veggie blended juice/smoothie! 

let's see how this goes.. maybe i will miserably fail and maybe
i will have a kick ass 6 pack and crazy ass hip bones!


*p/s i am going to give myself 
"pleasure" days where ryan and i go out for a date with drinks
or something :) will post those too!
