fish sausage bokkumbap

dinner!!!!!!!

this dinner was chosen by ryan and me because we were both lazy
but hungry so i had boughten this korean fish sausage at WOORI market
and really wanted to try it. fortunately, it was yummmyyyy!!!
i think i put a little bit too much butter in it but ryan said it was good.
i first sauteed the broccoli, cabbage and onions together with olive oil
and then i pan seared the sausage with the veggies.
in another pan, i started cooking the kimchi first,
then added the rice (while folding in the butter, then veggies/sausage mix).
all in all, it was successful.
will bring left overs for jane tomorrow.
i also think the bokkumbap would have been better if the rice was
at least a day or two old. too fresh= too mushy.


i would write more and have so much to say
but my butt cramps have started and i need to rest
