i've really been thinking about doing
a hardcore detox cleanse.
why not right?
beginning of the year, i kind of want to start it
nice and healthy. CLEAN.
i haven't decided which one to do but
i know it will start on monday
i will prep today and tomorrow
to get my body prepared.
i don't want to do some crazy master cleanse or something
like that.. but i will def do my research
and also post what i am eating and how i am
working out each day to reach the strength and
health i want to be at.
