so it begins.
i love the feeling of my cold
cement floors with my sweaty hot feet after
my work out. today i finally hauled my ass in the gym
and did some cardio and squatting. i'm really
focusing on my ass cause i want it to
perk up and raise, and i hear squats are the key to that.
we will see if it works.. i want a perky cute butt.
its pretty much the opposite of that right now.
i did my usual stretching/yoga this morning
and did about 15 minutes of cardio for the first time.
felt nice to be back in the gym and i can definitely feel the
difference already. stretching daily has helped
me a lot as well with my flexibility, breathing and overall
health. feels nice!
