toatz happeh that its friday.
YAY!
i've had it with retarded fucking
SAN PEDRO clients who don't pay so i've decided
to vent here.. where no one will know.. kind of.
i mean, this industry is filled with these
shady ass korean companies who
make labels with us and seem to be DGAF about
paying. its been 15 days, 30 days, 45 days.
how am i still asking for 2012 invoices?
retarded. if you can't even fucking
pay for the PENNIES that labels cost,
how the FUCK are you going to manufacture garments?
pathetic.
anyways, yesterday-MUCH to my surprise
my husband (mr ryan pak *kisses* HEEHEE) requested
NON korean food. WHAT?! have i been cooking THAT
much korean food? yes, 5 days straight. thank you
very much. i'm very proud too
but i guess he's getting sick of it.
with that, i decided to cook him the lobster ravioli
i bought last week at trader joes. i've decided at the
beginning of the year, that i would try and stop
shopping at large chain super markets to help the economy
and local farmers markets grow. with that being said,
i'm usually either at the downtown farmers markets
on sundays or/and trader joes from time to time.
i sauteed spinach, onions and garlic first and created
a little bed for the ravioli to sit on. inbetween
the ravioli- i heated up a little
light alfredo sauce for flavor and sauce.
i'm really happy about the way this came out, it was sooo
good and i loved it because he didn't have red meat
which is what i aim to do for most his meals..(high cholesterol much?)
most/all ingredients are from
local farmers markets and trader joes.
it really was so yummy, i would def buy it again!
have a great weekend ya'll!!
xoxo
pak
