healthy.

life should be about balance.
i've been hit by the healthy bug and have
started eating extremely healthy
and working out almost daily. i switch up my
work outs with the gym downstairs and weekly bikram yoga.

i'm on a cleanse right now and i'll let you know
if it really benefited by in anyway. 
i'm on day one today, btw.
i also worked out this morning. 

feels oddly nice to be so fresh and full of energy.
